Identifying a Cummins Block

Came across a new block, but no one is quite sure what Cummins it is. Ive found 5 sets of numbers on the block. Any dead give aways??

These are actual numbers cast into the block? Doesnt seem right.

Old Post reply probably unnecessary.

I know ID'ing a block 3 years tardy is probably of little help but here you go.

Block casting ID 3963350 is a 24 V 5.9L High Output Common Rail 325 hp / 610 ft. lb. torque rated engine in Dodge trucks from 2004.5 to 2007. Only difference that I know of in that line is that they switched manual trannies from NV5600 to G56 in 2006. I could use a long block of that type if you have one.
