Agree, I really like his truck and his personality. Also liked TJ. Honestly I didn't think it was as good as last seasons.

Side note, see the guy who produces this(tom Beers) is producing a show called Black gold, looks cool.

 

I am with you on both points. I liked the last season because they didnt know what the show was gonna be like, so they were themselves. now some of the truckers are hamming it up, to make up for any mistakes in last season.

that black gold show looks like it could be really interesting.

The guy that quit again this year? I would think that he would not want to make a fool out of himself two years in a row. Who cares if he has over 1 million road miles, he does not have a lick of common sense if you ask me. I am not sure what company he works for over the road but I highly doubt he is a owner operator. Just my $.02

 

He has to be on for at least a few episodes.

 

The reason you aren't seeing the other guys is because they pull for the diamond mines! The NEW season is based on a new natural gas mine and oil rigs. They mentioned all that stuff @ the beginning of the show.

 

clearly them fellars aint from TEXAS, half an inch of snow/sleet/ice here and its SHUT THE STATE DOWN... haha

i enjoy the show, i would love to ride along and hear the ice cracking beneath my tires....

I'll agree with that. Let's see, he could sit around in Inuvik on the job with the chance to get a load and make some money....or, he could quit and sit around in Inuvik with nothing to do.

How did the latter sound like the right choice?

 

The guy is an idiot. He is going to drive in some of the worst weather on earth where the chances of being stranded for a while are great and he doesn't bring proper foul weather gear? That would have been my clue to send him home if I was his new boss.

When he walked in carrying the briefcase, I thought something was off. Figured he dropped it at the front of the office off camera. He's looking for a spin-off show...."Drew's Adventures at Canadian Motels" since that's the only thing he'll be seeing.
