I need to replace the front axle joints in my Dad's 08 4500 4x4. Any one know what size socket the star bolts for the 4 hub bearing bolts, and the axle nut. I see the drive shaft uses a similar star type bolt and I have not seen these before. I assume I can press these out with the power steering just like I have on the older model 1 tons. Thank You

 

Should I move this to the 3rd generation drivetrain area? Really needing to get these tools rounded up.

 

Not really cause its a 4500. I will move it to general diesel and hopefully you will get some responses. Sorry man wish I could help you out!..
