Help with CPL and SERIAL #

I'm trying to figure out what motor this is CPL# 2673 and SERIAL# 68013340. The motor is listed on ebay as a 4bt 3.3. I'm just trying to make sence of what he's really selling.
Thanks

Yep, What he said. It's rated at 85 hp at 2600 rpm with the VE pump from Cummins CPEC program.

HTH,
