I guess he says 12V more than he says 24V, and once the picture's load one can see that it's a 12 Valve.

Not too sure about that one. Both bumpers are mashed, the rocker at the right front of the bed is creased a little, and the scariest of all is the mismatched steer tires 
. For those of you that aren't familiar with heavy trucks the steer tires are required by law to have the same tread pattern. That doesn't point to a truck that has been well taken care of for me, but if the bid stays around $5K it will make a nice project for someone.
