The Ford having any part of Cummins is a load that I have been hearing sense 90-92 or so. Its all bull. Cummins would never sell out a controling intrest to any one and has been in to good of shape to have any kind of take over. If Ford had amy control they would have paid the fines and taken the Cummins away from dodge the day they got control.

What ? . Nobody bought out Daimler . Cerberus bought Chrysler group from Daimler . Chrysler is going to start selling Chinese cars made by Chery in it's dealerships . Why ? Because once Chery moves into all the dealerships Cerberus sells Chrysler to Chery . D/C sold Chery the machinery from the transmission plant it shut down in Kokomo , IN .

Everybody is selling out to everyone else; you can now buy Craftsmen tools at your local K-Mart store.

It was really disheartening when I went to West Covina Dodge to buy a part and found out that it is now Clippinger Dodge, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Jeep, Hummer, Ford and some weird looking little cars that look like George Jetson would drive.
