I've bought lots of stuff from them and they are great. As with many companies though, asking questions via e-mail doesn't always get you a response. It seems that not everyone in the world spends every free moment attached to their computer like many of us do...
If you call them they will help you immediately.....

If you need an answer fast don't rely on email, no matter what company you're dealing with. Give them a call.

All I wanted was an answer then place an order and drop some serious coin their way.
In my line of work, if I don't respond to a "customer's" question for two weeks then blow them off, it would be a media event. I always am required to respond quickly and courteously. If there was a "human error" from one of my coworkers, a supervisor would jump through hoops to make it right to the "customer", not wish him well.
I hope this is not a new trend in business.
I ORDER MY FILTERS FROM THEN ...for now TIL LARY GETS SOME !
But I called in an order they shipped it...it got within 100 miles of me and UPS put it on the WRONG truck... it went for a train ride to the mid-west...GGRRRRrr then we had that hurendous snoe storm...

took 2 weeks from GA to NH...BUT, it wasn't them it was the shipper

To Cummins Redneck: Call them (Its free) and they will give you a tracking # to check out the delivery. I had 1 delivery problem once, UPS sent it to N.Y. from Jacksonville
instead of to Daytona. (Not Geno's fault) but it took 6 days to get it. Ironbutt

I've ordered lots of stuff from them over the last 5 years, and I have never had anything but good experiences. I'm about to do another fairly large order.

They're pretty good people. I spoke to them on the phone once and it wasn't a pushy conversation to hang up or get me to buy something. It's hard to have 100% customer service all the time.

I've bought from them several times and been very happy dealing with them, but when they spent about 10-15 minuets explaining that a product I was ready to buy was not a good choice for what I wanted to do (and they had no alternative product) that sealed the deal for me. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again, first rate I would give them a call
