Geno's Garage Customer Service

Has anyone experienced good customer service from Geno's Garage? I emailed them for a simple question, got a quick email back where it was assigned to one of their employees for follow up, then nothing. I waited two weeks, then emailed them back thanking them for their quick reply to my questioned. I received an email saying it was a human error and wished me luck. All I wanted was an answer then place an order and drop some serious coin their way.
In my line of work, if I don't respond to a "customer's" question for two weeks then blow them off, it would be a media event. I always am required to respond quickly and courteously. If there was a "human error" from one of my coworkers, a supervisor would jump through hoops to make it right to the "customer", not wish him well.
I hope this is not a new trend in business.

Call the 800 # and talk to them , it's free. I personally have only had good experiences dealing with them. They are tops in my book.

I think Geno's customer service is top-notch.

When they mistakenly sent me a set of FAST coolers for my G56 (and after an unsuccessful installation ), they refunded the $$$ and sent me a check to pay for the metric tap and ATF+4...

Robin and Nick(?) are great to deal with!

I must have caught them on a bad month. But due to my experience, I will buy from anyone but.

Never a problem here either. They shipped me the wrong gauge a while back, and with one call, they sent the right one with a pre-paid package for me to send the other back. Shipping has always been fast as well.

Even in todays highly wired world, if there is ever a problem, I always pick up the phone. Just a lot easier to resolve problems it seems.

Sorry to hear about the trouble though.

Thumbs up Geno's

Geno's is one of the few businesses where a human being actually answers the phone. I've always had great luck and even when it was my error,Geno's made it right on their dime. I get tired of phone trees and e-mails.

I have had excellent dealings with Genos. Promt answers to my questions via e-mails. Quick shipping and error free. The only time they could not take care of me was regarding the fast coolers for my G56. Fast coolers had an adapter kit for their product tht Genos was not aware existed. I contacted Fast Coolers directly questioning when they planned to accomodate the G56 and learned about the kit. Bought it from Fast Coolers on their site. If Genos would have had the kit I would have purchased it from them.

I've used http://www.kensperformancesolutions.com/home.html with excellent results. But the one time I used Geno's (Husky mat) the service was great.

Ive ordered 3 times and cant say that Ive ever been disappointed. Maybe its just me but I like the click, buy, and the ding dong noise at the door. Im too lazy to go buy it somewhere and people irritate me so online buying is great I have to talk to and deal with annoying people all day long so when Im off work I dont like to see people or talk to people
