FYI Cummins Price Increase
Just got off the phone with the vendor I use for some of my Cummins stuff.
He indicated Cummins will be raising prices effective Feb 01, 2006.
Not only raising the price to the jobber, but raising the price they must charge for the part to the customer.
If anyone uses their local Cummins store for oil filters, fuel filters, pumps, or whatever, it might be a good idea to hit them in the next couple of weeks and stock up.

Cummins in western Canada already cranked the prices here last summer and they plan on doing it again this spring.
I got a survey recently from Cummins and I made sure I let them know how impressed I was with their first 25% increase.

It makes sense, I was looking at new truck ads, and it looked like they had come down a little on the truck prices for the new ones. Guess they gotta make it up somewhere.
