$3.11 P/G this morn. The worst part about it is not only is my wallet getting lighter but most of the filling stations out here stop @ $50.00, so I have to pump twice just to get a full tank

Found diesel at 2.29 a gallon. Put in 50 gallons. I think it was $115.00. All the diesel in that town was at $2.29. Got a little closer to home and prices were all around $2.45 With crude around $65.00 a barrel I dont think the prices are topped out yet. With some refinery work coming up soon the prices will get even higher. I need a moped.

the Phillips here is at $2.59, while most of the otehr stations are still around $2.49....Kinda makes home-made bio sound more and more attractive...

Hey guys,
I build and repair concrete block and redi mix plants. I avg 5-10,000 miles a month. I'm spending about 3-400 bucks a week on fuel. I just have to put it in the cost per hr. When I get an emergency call I charge 35 an hr travel time. It used to be a good way to make easy money now by the time ya figure wear and tear and FUEL it's not such a money maker... Oh well my competition has the same issues.

I went in and complained about the $50 limit at the station I usually fill at, they upped it to $150 the next day. Most station owners just haven't thought about it.

Looks like gasoline took a HUGE jump in my area last night.
I saw several stations showing prices above $2.60 gallon for regular unleaded.
Even one @ $2.76 gallon......for REGULAR.

That's probably my fault. My new truck burns quite a bit driving up demand for light sweat crude.

OPEC is helping to increase crime also, I remember when gas stations were robbed of smokes and money, know people are stealing fuel and leaving the smokes and cash behind
