Well today is Halloween, and was rushing to carve up some pumpkins. So out came the drill, bits, holesaw, and drywall knife. And wouldn't you know it I needed something to clean out the pumpkin guts. The silencer ring worked wonders no more than 2 minutes on each pumpkin and a little hosing out and I was done. Sure am glad that I'm a packrat and kept the ring

 

darn, wish i found this earlier. i would have tried it on my pumpkin.

I didn't carve pumpkins this year. Normally I've got them out by the first of the month, and add more as I carve them. Im a loser.

 

I didn't get to carve pumpkins but I took my couision and his buddy out drivin around and got free candy

 

I figured i'd bring this back up from the dead so others can try it.

 

I'm glad you did. It's good to know that ring actually has a practical use outside of the turbo because it's a lousy Frisbee.
