I can tell you this my 6.7 Powerstroke has experienced the following problems - lost a turbo already, they messed up replacing it as I had to take the truck back due to squeaks and rattles - someone suggested they removed my cab to remove the turbo dunno but it took four days all together to get through that job. Urea consumption is OFF THE CHARTS, the trailer sway control they claim so well is no better than the one on my Dodge 2500, I have had a no code CEL for about 2600 miles, two reprogrammings, and now I have a shudder in reverse. But all in all it is Ford Tough and when another turbo fails I can lemon it as it will be the sixth trip back for no power. Fuel problems no - other than about 6 mpg average towing so it cannot be stopping up

Well if you do lemon it you can then go buy your self another one as from what I've read in the past on several forums that is what Ford owners do to help Ford.
