finding diesel fuel stations
Those Handy Fuel and Tool boxes/aux tanks are great! I have one in my truck, and I love it. The only thing I want to change is the manually operated shut off valve from it to the fuel pump. It's set up to dump into the filler neck, which is nice, but it's a pain in the rear to have to stop to open and shut the valve. If you pump fuel into the main tank and don't shut the valve after shutting off the pump, it'll siphon and run over.
I need to find an elecric shutoff valve to wire into the fuel pump + wire. Anyone know where to get one?
Sorry to jack the thread a little there.
I've been to that Gary IN Pilot... one of the worst ones I've been to... it wasn't as clean as all the other pilot truckstops I've been to, and the employees aren't as friendly.

Yea, the signs do tell you what is at each exit, most of the time, but they don't tell you whats down the road and they won't let you plan ahead. Besides, those signs give incomplete info and sometimes DOT will take a few YEARS to update. Just my .02 cents......Dan
