I have an 01 CTD purchased in N.Y. Will it pass California emissions when I go to register it? Or does it even apply?

Thanks for info.

I didnt know that we had emissions laws for our trucks.... Though the newer model years might. I have never ever ever had to do anything for emissions... And I even got a friendly letter from the Southern California Clean Air Management District regarding my emissions, and I laughed at em

I didn't think even CA had diesel emissions testing yet.
