They both stole the front end design now. Check out the new GMC. Or should I say Dodges designs

Wink

The we have it too gang.. No-one has any fresh original idea`s anymore. Look @ the crappy movie`s. They do the same thing, re-makes of the old stuff.
I don`t know what they teach in design class, but it`s sure isn`t originality.
More like copy what your neighbor has..........

I stopped and looked at a new Cheby a while ago, and man

I think they're making them smaller too.

I'll stick to my Dodge, at least they have some original ideas these days!

I think what it is more than copying is that in order to increase fuel efficiency vehicles are designed for improved aerodynamics in a wind tunnel. There are only so many designs that have peak efficiency and they all look about the same. Seems like passenger cars are going the same route, getting harder to tell them apart any more.

Absolutely! That is why the are called "cookie cutter" cars. Trucks are following the same path.

True... It used to be that you could tell make/model/year of almost any car or truck with just a quick glance. Sometimes I find myself looking for the emblem now just to see who made it!!!!!

Yeah, I think that the most original designs (PT Cruiser, Viper, Magnum etc.) to come out of Detroit or wherever in the past decade have come from DC. But my all-time favorite best-est is the 2nd Gen Rams....I still like the looks of them better than my '05!

Yep, the big three trucks are looking so much alike, I have to look for emblems on tailgates.
If you want a real cloned head-scratcher, take a look at MINI-VANS! I swear Ford MV doors, hatches and fenders would probably fit onto a DC MV!

Yea I totally agree with ya. My son has an 06 Chevy Regular cab and it seems way smaller than my 06 Dodge regular cab.
