Wow -- I expected more comments on this one...

I like it, alot! Didn't find the ebay ad -- how was it made?

I think a 4x4 cummins SUV would be awesome, if a bit late. Another Chrysler introduction...after the fact. Would remind me of the 3rd generation 'Cuda. Long nose/short deck too late in the game, just before Insurance and fuel prices killed the horsepower wars in American cars. With fuel costs and environmental concerns, our diesel HP/Torque wars will be coming to a screeching halt pretty soon, too....

Was it a diesel? That would be the cat's meow! Wonder how hard/if it would be legal to import one? How hard could it be?

I would give the $15k for it or a little more, if I had it.

This rig was advertised in the local auto trader for a long time. I believe his the asking price is $26,000.

Thumbs up Dodge "Burb'n"

Dodge NEVER made that truck it was an after market conversion
( it was in popular mechanis back in 95, i don't know the maunfacture off hand) The very first one (95) was made for a saudi oil shiek, the roof panel and rear doors are dirrectly off of a suburban, all were 3/4 ton Diesels. there were only a hand full of um made, it's a steal at even 25K one of a kind.

PS Its a Bayer conversion, they do Sweet work!

You are both 1/2 right .... Dodge did make an SUV for sale south of the border, however it wasn't like this full size 'burban. It was more like the Trail Blazer or Bronco, Blazer whatever ...

It is a nice looking rig. I saw a couple cruising around in Cabo a few years ago. Not smog legal for the States ... that's why you don't see them up here.
There are a few places that do the aftermarket conversions like this one though. I would love to have one with the Cummins and 4x4. I'm not sure how you could get one financed.

Motor Trend did an article on a red one back in the '90's that was made for a shiek. I'm 95% sure it was a V10. Had like 4.5" lift and 36" tires. Looked nice .

Dodge had a 2 door Ramcharger available in Mexico based on the previous generation truck (1994-2001) I'll see if I can find a pic and post it. There was also a "Suburban" type 4 door vehicle called the "Adventurer" that was never given the green light for production.
