DMax and Injector Problem

Ok, here's the story:
Company bought a Cheby 2001 2500HD w/Dmax and allison new.
About a week ago, superintendent calls and says truck is losing power. Told him to take it to dealer where we bought it. While it was there, I told him to get the 99K maintenance done ($1,300).
Day later, I called the dealer and ask what the problem was. Service dude says " It needs new injectors" . So I ask him all the standard questions, like, how come, how many, how much and how long.
How Come?.. Bad set of Injectors. Fuel leaks into oil (I got a ford?)
How many.. All Eight.. Hmmm, bad batch
How much... Warranty.. This is good
How Long... 6-8 WEEKS!! National Backorder. This is bad. rep said the new injectors are new and improved (sounds like a soap commercial).
Anyway, i said no way I can leave truck there for two months. He said " we'll release it to you, but you must change the oil every 6,000 miles until we can get the injectors". Oh-Boy.
End of story, Glad I got a Cummins!
