Diesel vacume?

Maybe it cause im not really awake yet but I am wondering why a diesel engine produces no useable vacume to run brake boosters etc?? Is it something to do with valve timing or compression ratios?
Thanks

No throttle plate on a diesel. Engine speed is controlled by fuel supply, not by choking off the air like in a gasser. At idle in a diesel, manifold pressure is pretty much the same as atmospheric pressure.
