Diesel Price
$1.09 worth of tax's in North Carolina alone. And that's from 2006. Wonder what is is now. Glad I get 18 miles to the gallon mixed highway and city driving.
What the prices where you are?

It 54.55 total tax
30.14+24.15=54.55.
Paying north of 3.00 not sure how much as my diesel is not my daily driver.

I sure hope so. It's 3.34 a gallon here. Just filled up a few hours ago.

Sure glad I'm retired and only drive about 15k a year. 12k on my streetrod however.
Mpg has really dropped this year as we have 55+ inches of snow and the winter is only 1/2 over. We are on the 3rd tier diesel treatment untill the end of Feb so the fuel is not good either. I also have a 2500 block of concrete in the bed for traction. Kills mpg around town but no real effect on the highway.

Calgary price
cheapest diesel in Calgary is always @ the Flying J locations. Today's posted price is $1.029 / litre.
With the US & Candian dollars essentially at par & with 3.8 litres in a US gallon we are paying $3.91 / US gallon
