Angry Diesel Going Up Again

When does the madness stop, a week ago I was paying under $2.00. Now I've seen places here as much as $2.65. What gives Who's in charge of setting prices, I've got a few words I have for him or her.

Hmmm... just went down here. 2.36 to 2.23.

Or maybe it went down a while ago and I didn't notice 'cause I didn't need to fill up.

Fellow Texan (Houston) also, Looking forward to getting back after I retire from the canoe club. I watch prices daily, to see how I'm going to get edit when it's time to fill up again.

Keep supporting Bush. By the time he is through we'll be paying $4.00 gal., another few million jobs will be shipped overseas, and several thousand more of our young men and women will be killed in Iraq. Go Bush.

MOVE TO STILLWATER, OK. You might have to convert to a OSU fan, but the diesel here dropped from $1.95 to $1.78 yesterday. I didn't check today to see if it stayed there, but yesterday evening that is where it was.

Freakin' oil tycoons......

Pretty sick considering I live not 10 miles from two of the big refineries. The further away the cheaper the fuel? How does that work?

The locals are charging 2.08 to 2.18/gal, and in Las Cruces the low is 1.87/gal. Hard to figure it out or preplan a fill up.

I'd consider bio diesel if I were you, 2.65 that's silly!

Buy an auxilary fuel tank like mine if you can spare the room in the bed. When it is low, buy an extra 55 gallon. I can run almost a month on the stock 35 and the 55. A word of advice, don't buy a steel tank! For the love of the Lord, buy an aluminum one. You engine will not like what the steel one puts in your fuel after about two years. It will take you a couple of years to make your money back on the tank at about $5 a fill up, but the convenience of never going to the pump is worth every penny. I buy my fuel in OKC for at least $.10 cheaper in Stillwater.

Fuel around here has been $1.91 for 2 months now at one place and $1.88 at another. I hope they dont decide to raise prices any time soon.

Yeah I guess Kerry would have made everthing all better, after all he had a plan, he would'nt tell us what it was but he said he had one. You're not one of those Floridians with the hanging chad problem are you?
Maybe someone can start a thread elsewhere on this board and we can all learn how presidents are able to manipulate the price of oil at a whim, stop private companies from locating where they please and prevent tyrants and radical islamists from being the way they are without the use of force.

Oh and diesel is between 2.45 and 2.65 here and I still support Bush
Have a nice day,
