Cummins parts.
Just as a matter of interest......What you guys like for getting parts from Cummins....
Last week we ( the company) ordered a standard crank thrust washer/main bearing.......was told i'll take a few days etc etc.......anyways...arrived yesterday.......not standard...but 0.05 oversize........
Called today..gave part number from parts book......etc etc etc....yup..we sent wrong one was told......it'll be there Monday.......
Surely 2 weeks for a bearing is a bit much......I feel like e-mailing Cummins in the USA..but probably will get into bother from my superiors......
Whats the spares situation like over there..?

Try Interstate McBee.
Way better prices and a lot better service.
Cummins Engine company and a lot of the distrubutors don't really care about the customer anymore, if they ever did.
