I'm kinda interested in a 12V and a tranny out of a 1st gen. I have a 74 W250 that needs a heart transplant. Since I was told that the 440 is NOT suppose to rattle like a diesel I just gotta bug the 1st gen guys on which yrs makes a good candidate.

the place isn't far from edmunston, which is his location, i am in fredericton, so it's somewhere inbetween me and him i think.
He works the road crews for irving , so he is probably working alot right now.

Actually, only the 160s are worth money, the 215s are a dime a dozen. Donl't believe DZLPWR
On a more serious note, could you get a price on a 215 pump?

Great DODGE 92 i found him in january 2004 on the internet and i took a trip to see him and i chose a 2001 Dodge diesel that had a minor accidents and put a down payment on it.
What makes me say you can't trust him:
1; he told me it would take one month to fix and even put it in the contract=it took two and i had to put the pressure on them.
2 When i took delivery on May 1 2004 i asked him how much diesel was in the tank and if it would be enough to take me home 5 hours drive, and he said yes that they had just put some in and it showed 3/4 tank= i run out of fuel the other side of Edmunston come to find out the sending unit did not work and he didn't put any fuel in the tank.
3 After the # 2 event i called him and told him what took place and he said he was sorry and he would mail me a new sending unit for my truck so i could put it in= i am still wainting over a year later for that part..
4 In May 2004 i went to get my N.B. safety inspection and Raymond Saindon had given with the truck a Quebec inspection (prob one of his friends) anyway at the dealer they told me that the truck does not pass because it has a broken wheel and thats very dangerous= $700.00 its fixed.
NO i would not believe a word that comes out of that crook mouth.
