Hi everyone,

I understand several people here sometimes use commercial diesel engines and or parts-

I happen to work at a salvage yard and I may ask some questions from time to time about building, rebuilding, and parts...I figure this is a good place to start.

I am looking to see if anyone here has experience working with 8.3L Cummins diesel engines or Cat diesel engines. From time to time I get buyers of our Cummins 8.3L, 5.9L, and CAT engines asking me questions that I don't know how to answer.

I'm also looking to find what kind of market we might have for rebuilders who use commercial diesel parts.


Anyway,
I'm not here to push product but I am here to get a better understanding of diesel engine markets.
