check out these pictures hx83

i work for a cummins dealer and we ordered a turbo from cummins for customer. we order a hx35w and they sent a hx83 in the box.

it takes 4 of these hx83 to supply the air to a qsk cummins engine 3500hp and wieghs 18000 lbs

I noticed that it has a silencer ring. I've always heard that Cummins has nothing to do with the silencer ring. It is something that Dodge made them do. I'm guessing thats not the case?

May be a Holset thing.

has no one noticed that they sent that turbo into me as a hx35 part number lol there is a 3k dollar differance in the hx35 and the hx83

Ya ive seen the qsk 78 and qsk 60 in person... you should hear the turbo's scream.....one of the perks when you work for CUMMINS!!!
