I have to imagine there would be a discount on the insurance that would help offset the cost... once you have the money to buy it. I know I'm saving up for it.

A buddy of mine was a dyed in the wool Ford guy who used give me all kinds of crap about my old GMC. That is, until he lost a driveshaft on the highway and I towed his POS back to town. After that, I never heard a word about my GMC from him. Karma....
