I finally got my soft topper from amazon.com. I love it.

The pros-

Makes the beast look like a commando vehicle.
Is water tight and allows easy access to the bed.
Looks really cool.
Really light. One guy could lift the whole thing off the truck assembled.

The cons-

Not very easy to set up. I doubt I'll be folding it to the front any time soon.
The attachment clamps suck. I used 6 small c clamps I had in the shop.
The bed is tapered, the top is not. It doesn't really affect the look much.

Do they come in different colors?
Have a long bed model?

 

Just black and only the short bed as far as I can find.

 

Hmmm...I like the looks of it. I've always wanted a cap that's easy to remove. I had one on my old 1500 for a while, but a back breaker getting it off by yourself. There's always a time when something over 3' tall goes in the bed, so I went with a tool box, which is impossible to move by my self (almost!) with all the chains/jacks/tools etc in there when I want the space.
