When I came in this morning my fuel pressure dropped to 0, I don't know if it is the cold of the FASS. It is -6 here. It has me a little worried.

Add Power Service 911 to your fuel DD right away! Then add white bottle Power Service to your fuel every tank year round. It's a must in this weather, and a must for ULSD.

wind chill -27 F yesterday(Sunday)
0 F right now and -11 WCF.
Reports of AIR TEMPS, not WCF of -19 to 0 across state of Iowa.
Its not supposed to get above freezing for another week, and it been two weeks already. My equipment starts all right. Keep plugged in.
Other peoples trucks have gelled, mostly because they don't use additives, don't regularly change filters, or just don't take care of them.
I use a little Howe's year round, and more in the winter, in skidder and truck.

2 degrees on the thermometer this morning. Took 2 key cycles this morning to get my 24 valve going, but it fired right up and the walbro kept the pressure at 22psi. Of course it starts missing and running rough after I get it running till 3 cylinder idle kicks in. No problems with gelling, I put the white bottle with 2 cycle oil in at every fill up.

My bro's 96 was having trouble this morning, but I'm pretty sure he doesn't run enough anti-gel so thats his fault.

We may have different fuel up here, but when I was driving OTR, I can't ever remember adding a drop of additive to the fuel - KW, Pete's, Western Stars, pickups.

I believe the secret is keep the fuel tank full before bringing inside a shop or garage. Full tank, no place for condensation, no need for additives, no problems.

My 98 gelled up on me this morning...it would run, but not over 1000RPM. So I dragged it to the store and put some additive in it, and took it for a drive! By the time I got to the store it was running fine, so it wasn't gelled up bad. I'll be adding PS to the Flying Hook fuel from now on

My 2003 is gelled up. It did that yesterday as well but letting it ldle a long time cleared it up. It was -13F the night before when I left the company party and all was fine. Today I started it up, -8F, no problem. It will only idle now, and only for about 5 minutes. The fuel heater must be doing its work and as soon as the cold fuel hits it plugs the filter right up. So here I sit working from home.
