Abs and brake lights stuck on

Abs and brake lights stuck on
Anyone know how to get rid of these lights that are stuck on in my dash? Its the abs,brake light, some red dot light on the right side, and air bag. I tried to plug in a bully dog earlier and it didnt work it said i already have or had a chip on it and since then my lights have been stuck on...i Tried turning the key 3 times and disconnected my batteries and its still there, any ideas? Thanks
