ON MY WAY BACK TO MICHIGAN. JUST MADE DELIVERIES FOR 5 MORE HORSE CARRIGES WITH MY 40'GOOSENECK TRAILER. FINALLY GOT THIS TRUCK RUNNING SO THAT I AM ENJOYING IT. STRONG AND LOTS OF GET UP AND DO IT !!
DEALER FINALLY GOT STAR TO OK A NEW INJECTOR PUMP BEFORE I LEFT. WE HAD BEEN SURE THE "DEAD" ACCELERATION PROBLEM WAS THE APPS SENSOR BUT AFTER IT WAS CHANGED AND RESET MANY TIMES FOUND THE INJECTOR PUMP WAS THE PROBLEM
LEFT MICHIGAN LAST WED. DROVE TO KARNAK TEXAS MERCEDES TEXAS TUCSON ARIZONA AND DROPPED THE LAST ONE THIS AFTERNOON IN SHERIDAN WYOMING
STOPPED IN DENVER AT ATS AND HAD THEM REPLACE THE VALVE BODY (WARRENTY WITH A SMILE) THOSE FOLKS ARE AS GOOD AS THEY COME !! WELDED MY TAIL PIPE BACK TO THE MUFFLER AND INSTALLED THEIR
SPRINGASSISTED TURBO WASEGATE CONTROLLER (NO CHARGE FOR DOING THIS STUFF EITHER) TURBO WENT FROM 18 PSI TO 28LBS PSI AND MY EGT'S DROPPED ABOUT 150 DEGREES

Try cycling hte key on/off 3 times to see what codes are present. Chances are it will be a P0500. Meaning vehicle speed sensor...
I had my brake/abs lit and it turned out all three VSS were bad, two in front, one in rearend. It was bout $150 in sensors and all is well again. I bench tested the sensors and while they ohmed out correctly, when I would shake them, there was an intermittant open curcuit.
With the dash lights illuminated, your ABS portion of the brakes are non functional. Before my lights stayed continuously lit (after I cut the front sensor wires, I would have intermittant ABS function, at below 5mph. Having the abs engage at low speeds almost caused me to rear end a couple of vehicles.
