Ford's suggestion for working on that mess probly will be to remove the body first.
Once upon a time, I was a ford line tech and the factory rep actually asked me why I didn't jack the bodys off nthe F15o and expeditions when replacing the heads/ gaskets on the 5.4ls. The rep told me that replacing the head/gasket only took two hours that way. LOL.
