1st look at new chebbies
They look a lot like the current truck.

The steps in the rear bumper are a good idea, my rear quarters under the tail lights are scratched from me stepping up on the bumper corners and I guess dragging the toe of my boot on the paint.

I'm not seeing a lot of difference either, the bumper flats are nice as you mentioned. A full loaded 3/4 diesel crew shortbed is on the local dealer lot for 61K!!

I see they ditched the torsion bars for coil-overs up front. And went to an aluminum block on all the engines as well. Wonder if the tooling for the 4.3 block is 40 years old?
