*NEW* AirDog Warranty Policy

Here at AirDog we are having a warranty policy change. This is in the best interest of the customers. BUT it will be strictly followed. Our previous warranty stated the warranty card would have to be sent in within 30 days of purchase. This was not followed strictly to the fairness of the customer and a brand new product. We understand that the box does not immediately get opened, nor are all of you aware of the 30 day policy. Therefore, we have changed the warranty policy and it will be followed firmly. From now on, you have 90 days to fill out your warranty card for the lifetime warranty. IF you do not get that taken care of within that 90 day time period. And option to buy the lifetime warranty will be put in place for the price of $50. This action MUST be taken within the first year of purchase. Not a day later. Otherwise you will be limited to your 1 year warranty. We feel this is fair on everyones part and wanted to give a heads up to everyone. Again, THIS WILL BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED!!!!

Thought I had a 5 year warranty seeing as I bought it before the lifetime warranty was available.

Thank goodness. I know I was barely getting mine in on time if it was even then on time. Ya get busy...... and it slides. Then, oh I gotta get the receipt emailed to me, then send it in.

That policy could screw me out of a warranty or fifty bucks because I depend on a Mexican burro to forward my mail from the USA. At times it takes 90 days to have my mail forwarded or hand carried by friends which are coming down to visit. I guess I'll have to ask to read the "fine print" prior to any further orders of Pureflow products.

Well I understand all the situations that can come about. BUT... There is no way to make everything perfect rather than say Lifetime warranty for every unit that leaves the building. Which obviously we cannot do. Maybe there COULD be an exception for someone getting something out of the country. I will address that when the time comes I suppose. So until then you have 90 days to get your warranty card sent in with a copy of your purchase receipt. If not RECEIVED by us within that time frame. A lifetime warranty can be purchased for $50.

I thought the law was that you don't have to fill the cards out to get warranty.
Better check first before someone tries to sue you, it may vary state to state.

I bought my airdog more than 90 days ago, but a little less than a year. How do I go about buying the lifetime warranty if I didn't send the card in?

Yout are still getting a one year warranty if you dont send the card in. You only have to send the card in to get the lifetime warranty.

Um... Never heard of anything crazy like that before in any state. Like saying if you buy this you get this half off. Then making a law saying you get it half off all the time.
