Name your $/gallon
While its been about 6 years since I had to pay for fuel, the company I work for still pays between $2.80 and $3.00 for clear.
When the fuel bill is around $30,000.00 each month, we manage to get some kind of bulk discount.
My question to you....
How many of you have changed the way you drive?
Have you slowed down much?
Checked and raised the air pressure in your truck tires?
Myself, I drive as efficiently as possible.
I keep my tires @ 80psi, the rpm's down and try to stay within the speed limit.

Started mixing some motor oil in that comes out of some of our race cars, so I know its good relatively low use oil. It was only 4-5 gallons, but any bit helps.
Getting ready to break out the heated gloves and Jacket .. May have to use the bike when its not snowing. I usually take the bike out for a couple of hour ride on the weekends . Ride into work is about 45 minutes

Chevron at Spring Cypress and Kuykendahl in Spring/Houston is still $2.98 and the Texaco across the street is $2.99
Murphy's off Kuykendahl and FM 2920 is $3.09

Has anyone ever used one of those "Frapper" programs or whatever they are? Maybe we could get something set up on here where in stead of 40 pages of fuel prices, we could do one of those maps and track how prices currently look across the country?
