Yeah i know, they all do that now. But its much easier to use a rattle can than it is to machine your own engine.

It was using a Rotax engine...looks like they might have developed their own engine now.
They were supposed to be building a civilian version for public sale, but their entire production runs are destined for the military for the forseeable future.
Looking at the new website, they have completely removed their mention of civilian sales.

The engine used on the monter diesel OCC Chopper was a daihatsu 3 cylinder turbo 34 horse diesel marketed by briggs and stratton. We use the same engine at work in the HydroTraxx atvs.

i was gonna say it seems similar to the john deere we have at work... there is also a few generators that power light towers that use this little ingenious motor to power 4 1000W lights for night work. They start with no problem... even in the cold.

I'm waiting until they put up a MSDS before I even think of using it.

I was wondering the same thing, what materials would make you use the product? or not use the product?

That is a cool looking little engine. Might make a nice re-power option if I have to replace the engine in the lawn-tractor.

Screw all these 3 cylinder diesels, a V10 Viper engine was put in the Dodge Tomahawk just for giggles. I vote for a full blown 12 valve!

only problem that is when you goto accelerate you going to spontaneously flip sideways...like the viper had to have a 4 wheel motorcycle...i think all the torque from the cummins would call for a t-rex body if anything at all. Then with that your still only spinning 1 wheel back there...

I'd be willing to bet the magic ingredient is 2-ethyl hexyl nitrate, also known as "Cetane Improver". Just about every additive has it.

I see they were the main sponsor on the Mike Wallace car in the nationwide series yesterday in Vegas.
