Id rather have the fuel inside the nice metal line.. hoses leak after awhile but that aluminum should hold up nicely.
With the fuel under suction it would pull coolant in no matter how it was done (if the line did ever break somehow)
My rig is going to run a heated supply and return so Ill have two hose in hose sections. I also run two tanks. What a plumbing headache

The US NAVY has been using line within a line within a line heat exchangers on the 200GPD Vapor Distallation plants on Diesel and nuke subs for decades. Swagelok makes the fittings; and they DONT leak.

I've looked at them, but I didn't order any, so I'm probably stuck with some Home Depot Special fittings at the moment.
Enough JB Weld and anything seals, right? (Although JB Weld does not seal for 120 PSI. )
