Fuel ? I know im gonna get bashed for this

So one of my friends asks me a question about Jet fuel (yeah jet fuel). Supposedly he had some guy come into the cycle shop saying that you can use Jet fuel 101 with 2 stroke motor oil mix and with the correct ratio you can use this as diesel fuel. I have no knowledge on this so I present this to all you who are better minded then I. Truthfully I think this is BS. But I figure you could help me win my argument.

100:1 is the ratio a coworker of mine uses who burns it in his Jetta. It took him one injection pump to figure that out though.

I recall reading that Jet A1 is listed as an approved fuel for the 6bt, maybe it was in the Dodge owners manual.

I don't burn slop fuel in my truck, instead I bring it home and pour it in the oil tank for the house furnace.

Jet A can be used, I've read many post about it but they all said you need to mix in several qt's per tank of 30 weight ND oil. Only in the past month or so have I seen any one bring up 2 cycle oil to mix in with Jet A so I have no idea if it will work as good as the 30 wt ND the old timers have used for years.

Jet A (jet fuel), is a fuel that has a high flash point and low lubricity, and is nearly identical to kerosene. If you wish to run it in a diesel engine, do use some sort of oil (2 stroke oil would be ideal since it is designed to burn). Straight jet A would not be a good thing to run in any injection pump IMO. Except maybe the P7100 (12 valve pump), which is lubricated by the engine oil.
