Your 2nd post ," nobody is running it " , just noticed it had a ? at end .
The manufacture says 5% , 20% for government & military , with added filtering system .
Bio eats rubber products , most manufactures have gone away from rubber .
Running any % of bio helps many things , emissions , less oil from outside country , farmers getting some $$$ , ect. , the purpose is in the users mind , but any use helps .
I have had a couple extra cups of coffee today , I see so many just jump into anything because of the high fuel prices with out much research .
I would stick with what most recomend , not just a few , and hopefully the most are groups , labs , shops doing repair .
How do you know your bodies bio is good , its like fixing trucks & cars , only testing can tell if something is good or bad , I've beeb quoted around $1,000 + to get commercial testing done , then there are the do it your self ,like 3/27 test , I still haven't done that yet .
Just trying to help before the trouble starts .

I would be much more skeptical if the guy who is making the bio didn't actually use it himself. I read that article that you put in your last post and it did make me a little more skeptical so I sent the link to the guy who is making the bio and told him to read it. We'll see what he has to say after he reads it. Not that he knows more than the people who wrote the article, just interested to hear his opinion. Thanks for looking out for me though.

Water is the main problem

The bio has more water in it than regular diesel and it will clog the fuel filter pretty quick. It is a must to install a better water seperator if you run more than 20 or you will have problems. Just what I had found out in my digging into running bio. I think I am going to stick to regular diesel and keep anding Power Service and Marvel Mystery oil. At 60,000 miles, I have had no problems and gettting 22 mph running less than 70 mph. Just my 2 cents worth.

I tend to see the best mpg by mixing right around 30% vs straight bio vs or straight petrol or any other combination.

I've been running 100% Homemade BioDiesel for over a year now. The only problem I have is the dogs and cats trying to take a bit out of my truck while going down the street.

I make it myself so know the quality of the BioDiesel. I would not trust the stuff you buy and besides they usually want the same or a higher price than diesel.
