I can tell you thi s much. expect to spend more than you plan. Little things will come up. Here's a small list and by no means the full list of things procured.

2001 F350 $13,400 (minus $2000 for the power joke)
motor $500 (got lucky)
adapter plate $795
flex plate $625
torque converter $1100
tranny work $500
tranny controller $895 (if I recall)
drive shaftrepair $250
motor mounts $495
tach kit (not sure what destroked charged)
new 1 wire alternator $300
new starter $130 ( I gave mine away with the power joke, doh)
i'c pipes $200
exhaust work (whatever it costs)
hoses clamps, $50

$5700 if my math is correct

you get the idea. I know that some things werent covered. Any way it adds up.

It may add up, but is it worth it? I think it would be.
