79 Power Wagon 1 ton

https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...1&d=1290022371

It's a company truck which might get 1k miles/year and if it comes available I would like to buy it and put a cummins 12v in it.

If a 12v cummins swap happens I will want to change trans and tc. I am not sure of the diff gear ratio yet but will find out Monday when I change fluid. I can't find what was available but it must be pretty low as top speed is not very fast.
So the truck currently has NP435 trans and NP203 tc. The drive train whines(from tc?) but works great. The old beauty only has 157k and fires right up.

I am thinking NV4500 and NV271 tc and also lockout hubs. Suggestions?

I just replaced the carpet with a new rubber floor and sound dampening material from rock auto. Now the interior looks great except for the seat. The door panels are slightly faded. The rubber molding for the front windshield needs replaced.

Looking for links to buy stuff. Parts for this truck are hard to find. I can find a stock bumper but not the bolts.
