1991 Dodge Ram 3500 diesel Cummins dually tail light issues

No tail lights or running lights. Changed multi function switch, checked all fuses and bulbs. Have brake lights and blinkers and hazards work. Any ideas???? Need help

there are two disconnects , one on each side of the truck, up under the bed in the frame , behind each rear wheel. These disconnects get all funky inside. Find them, and use a test light to see if power is on the front harness, and not traveling across the connector

I had the same problem you've described. I wound up having to bypass the connector with a separate wire because the connector had eroded over time.
