Test fitting the NV4500.... need to see what mods that I need to make for trans mount and front drive line clearance.

The local bed liner Guy's did a great job!

 

We moved into a new house and the project has it's own garage now. Unfortunately I have been busy with other stuff and have not made any more progress on it. Well, I am making progress with the items that remain to be purchased.... by the time spring starts I will be sitting fat! Just got to get back in there and knock it out!

Here she is in her new home.....

 

Sold the 1993 motor and picked up a p-pumped motor to build.. a fresh short block from some 1996 vintage!

 

And any good short block needs a new O-ringed cylinder head...


And any good cylinder head needs a little port work....

 

But the exhaust ports are cleaning up nicely......



Big difference in the bowls now...

Just about ready to rap up this porting job....

 

Studs are in and the head is on!
