what height do most people run far as inches

what height do most people run far as inches

i got 92 3/4 4+4 what height should i put the clevis or ring that is 3in or bigger what would u guys recomend as far as inches

Usually legal is 26" at most pulls but if they are not looking run 30" or higher!

Well the higher it is the more it will load your tires and suspension and the more it will lift the sled off the ground if your suspension tough.

BUT...if you load the tires too much and dont have the power to turn them then you might be shootin yourself in the foot if you run too high of a hitch.

30" is a nice happy medium though...


Running a high hitch height is one of those "cheater" tactics in sledpulling that helps win pulls sometimes....

It's not cheating unless they have a rule...and even then you have to get caught
