Stupid question here but who is that guy that owns that silver truck? A little off topis but is he on here because I would like to find out what those rims are??? Man that's a nice ride!!!

That guy is WINspeed or Adam Winslett. Those wheels are from Les Schwab I think. If he doesnt chime in ill find out for you.

Whats the pros to the CR head? Does he run the HP lines through the connector tubes like a reg 24v, or into the top of the injector like on those CR P-pump conversion?

The CR head has much better air flow. Adam had some custom HP lines made that use the CR connector tubes.
