SCS 3-speed

Does anybody have expierience with the SCS 3-speed transmissions and the clutches that are adaptable to them?

i found a profab tranny also, but i found out they are not shift on the fly trannys. looking for something for drag racing purposes.
dont really want to stcik an auto in it.
