Run the MT's. Of course you should run wide open.

I know most prefer all terrains, but I go with the most aggressive I can get (this will get the most of your power on the track, but it will also help put your drive train to the acid test).

If your not willing to run all out there really is ant a reason to hook to the sled.

Good luck and as always be prepared for possible brakage

not on the subject of tires but you might shut your overdrive off if you can. you might have already knew that but it worked well when I pulled my auto.

I air my front down to 25-28 but keep rear tires up to carry weight of sled also if the track is real dry and dusty the mud tires will help bite down into some better dirt.

That is true but you don't want the embarrassment of doing nothing but spinning and not pulling, I always keep my rear tires aired up.

what is this panty hose stuff?

Traction in the rear is not a prob it has the sled pulling it down on the track. I run 40 in front and 65 in the rear with 295 BFG A/T's only becose I had 38x15.50's and the A/T's were half tread and $150 and I could put them on stock rims and still have my 38's ready to go for mud.

There you go. Also I'm a firm believer that every time you pull and don't tear anything up its a good pull. I agree traction bars is a must then weights.

Good job.
