Outlaw DHRA 3rd gen.

Does anybody know who drives the Mineral Gray 3rd gen QC / SB 2500 with aftermarket wheels and Outlaw DHRA stickers all over it in the DFW area. I was curious as to what all it has in it. We were playing around yesterday and he made a lot of smoke, but I was able to hang with him pretty good.

I know who you're talking about, but don't remember his name. Check out their site and maybe you can find him.

I seriously doubt it was his truck. I would be embarrassed if I had that much money in something and it didnt run any better than that.

Wow, I see you've got a 5'' exh. pipe, you would probably have to give me the move for me to be able to hang with you.

the charcoal gray truck w/ 20's was built by a bunch of people w/ parts from a bunch of vendors. it runs pretty good. 11.76 on radials bouncing off the speed limiter. They haven't run it at the track w/ the big stack on it yet

Unless it was sick last Saturday it was not that truck. The truck I ran was probably a high 13 or low 14 second truck at best. I've owned daily drivers that ran high 10's, so I know what an 11 second car or truck runs like. I'm not knocking whosever truck it was at all, I was just curious to see who it was and what it had in it. I will be happy to get my truck in the high 13's which is plenty for 99% of the stuff you run across on the street. I have other toys that are paid for to make the big power.

that was most likely Tommys truck, a Outlaw Diesel Racing Assoc. member(www.outlawdra.com). He has a TST, Crazy Larry, injectors and an exhaust.

Thanks, if he runs around in Mesquite / Garland area it was probably him. I'm pretty sure the # 90 picture on the DHRA nationals photo section is the truck on outlawdra.com. I just signed up for ODRA info. etc so maybe I'll get to go run with you guys sometime.
