i left it at 17.5* i was afraid that i would blow the head if i advanced it. i also had a huge boost leak, when they teched my truck the guy said " do you know you your missing a hose" it was the fitting on the afc housing that gets the signal from wastegate i didn't think i needed it since the new wastegate didn't hook up to it. he said i'm not even getting all the fuel i should be.

awesome truck, awesome pull i bet, and way to go on showin them that the 12V is all but dead

Now we need the video... And yes. If the wastegate line running from your AFC is not plugged somehow, then you arent getting as much fuel as you could be. Good job puttin those V-8's in their place

thanx to everyone on here!! a few years ago i had no idea what you could do to a diesel, i just liked the way they sounded and blew black smoke. you guys have helped me do everything i have done on this truck. if it wasn't for this site there would have been no way i would have won that pull or even been competive

i think everyone knows that kyle and matt don't pull in the street class. i was talking about Matt Mcintosh and the other duramax's with the crankitupdiesel emblem across the rear window. I've watched McIntosh pull quite a bit this season and seen how good his truck is, that is why i was so excited to win.
