If we've had rain, they can get pretty tacky. I doubt they spread water on them unless it gets really, really dry. High clay content up here. Rusellville has a self powered packer (if its still running), so they can get tight.

Wow I used mapquest and it says there are 3 russellvilles in missouri. Wow thats 2 hours drive for me. I wonder what time they will get done the family will be tired after a long night like that.
