How many 3rd gen pullers????

Guys, List if you have pulled your truck - serious mods and more than once or twice puller. I am trying to get some bugs worked out. I have talked to a couple guys within a couple hours of me on the phone about their 3rd gen.
Give me a list of issues you have ran in to.

If you have ever read my threads you know some of mine already:
1. TQ management/defuel (makes me have to shift manually)
2. Hitting rev limiter too hard ( pretty much the length of my pulls)
3. Coding 0193 fuel rail pressure sensor high (this is a new one this past friday threw it into limp mode)

I feel like I have the power its just not runing out.
What are suggestions? bigger injectors-different turbo????

If you have no issues let me know that also.
Also list your best pull (footage) and how well you are placing in top 5(street class or hot class also)

I have hooked probably 15 times My mods are in my sig and i have had 2 big issues.
Exploded my g56
Relief valve is shot

Warranty covered the tranny and i will hopefully be going to terre haute this weekend and I capped the fuel rail.

Here is a video of my last pull before i broke i won and it was a class that allowed any turbos all they cared about was hitch height and weight i am running stock charger and am not running any drugs .http://video.thedieselgarage.com/vid...0e00c01a39.htm

I have won the stock turbo classes 3 or 4 times and usually always come in in the top 5 in any other classes i pull in.

No issues here. (other than obviously we could use a little more fueled rpm).

A properly modded 3rd gen common rail can run with the best street trucks out there though.

I usually get 2nd place around here Our local/brush pulls dictate that you better have a full built pulling truck to place at all....after all it is Indiana.

Alright, "properly modded" tell me what you mean and why....

I figured I would have had a bigger response. It looks like there are fewer 3rd gen pullers than I thought... but its the same around here in the Ohio Valley between WV and OH. Probably went up against 4 fellow 3rd gens all summer out of 10 different events.

Still got stock turbo but wanted to try and stay there cause alot of street rules ask for stock turbo. But then again some rules for street just ask for the housing to be a certain size. You thinking to go with an aftermarket charger?

You have probably stated before but I will ask anyway - what horsepower are you laying down?

David Dunbar is pretty good about running it until you get what you are looking for or atleast try.
