Not sure about the Garrett 'charger - but do you have the two 3/8" bolts bisecting the DP at 90*?

The 4202 is quickly becoming all the rage with the big power Duramax guys, several trucks running it have spun 700+ hp. with fuel only. Of the top of my head I think it flows something like 1488 cfm?

what do you consider a full season of pulling? im from eastern pa so i might get 20-30 hooks on it in a year if im not too busy with the farm.

What's the purpose of the 3/8" bolts - shrapnel control?

thats a full season , it should last ya that long depending on how far out of the map you get. I hold about 70psi non wastegated with mine just make sure you get a 1.01AR version most come with a 1.15 or 1.28. I ran 1.01 and am going to a 1.28 this year . I tried it last year but didn't like it but i am tryin it again since I cracked my 1.01 last year.

that is true , but it is a pig to spool up with it ,I would be a bit concerned about keeping it lit with your stick . it doesn't come on till 2200 for me with a 1.01. but I did allways think it would be crazy behind a stick w/rpm and it has a T4.5 flange not a T4 so you will need a big foot flange and then I just elongated each of the four holes(on the exhuast housing) about a 1/8inch and it fit prefect.

I think the 4202R has a 74mm (?) compressor inducer. It'll need to be bushed down for the 2.8 class if I'm thinking correctly. Good luck with it, andy
